Tray Dryer
1) Tray Dryer : Tray dryers are offered in five models i.e . 12 , 24 , 48, 96 and 192 trays Standard models and GMP models are designed for 100 to maximum 300 degree celcius. Heating is applied by electrical or steam heating or both combined.
Construction
The dryer is made out of angle frame; doubled walled from CRCA mild steel, thermally insulated with 3 inch thick glass wool between the walls. Innner body is made of either Stainless Steel or mild steel finished with heat resistant aluminium paint, Outer Body made of SS 304 or Epoxy Powder Coated The dryer is electrically heated with sheathed tubular heaters and fitted with fan run by belt driven drive unit. The temperature control is by digital temperature controller and PT-100 RTD sensor
Application: The dryer is ideally suited for use for drying pharmaceutical and chemical powders, pigments, plastic granules, agricultural products like drying chillies, spices, papad, potato chips, onions, garlic, grapes, cashew nuts, confectionary, macroni, wood etc.
